Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate outpatient appointments, ensuring timely and efficient scheduling.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to build and maintain accurate clinic schedules.
  • Provide exceptional patient support and communication, addressing queries and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner.
  • Work closely with the team to ensure seamless day-to-day operations, maintaining high standards of quality and patient care.
