Job Description

Agility Resourcing is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Commercial Finance Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a crucial role in providing financial analysis and insights to support business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Financial Analysis: Assist in the presentation of monthly management accounts analysis, identifying and analyzing variances between actual performance and budget/rolling forecasts, highlighting key trends and exploring risks and opportunities.
  2. Collaboration: Work collaboratively with group stakeholders to provide valuable functional analysis of people and non-people for senior management.
  3. Consolidation: Consolidate and review market budget submissions to produce the group cost budget.
  4. Process Improvement: Build a sound knowledge of Group and Market Finance processes, with a view to standardizing reports for ease of consolidation where possible, allowing more value-added analysis.
Requirements:
  1. Numeracy Skills: Strong demonstrable numeracy skills at an appropriate level.
  2. Commercial Mindset: Highly commercial mind-set and capability.
  3. Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills at all levels with the ability to challenge.
  4. Analytical Skills: Highly numerate with attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
  5. Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and good prioritization skills.
  6. Initiative: Shows initiative and is proactive.
  7. Self-Starter: Self-starter who will take ownership for their tasks and delivers on time.
  8. Experience: Experience of working in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
