Warehouse Operations Manager

Menzies Distribution Limited is seeking an experienced Depot Manager to oversee the daily operations of two busy depots in Knowsley and Oldham. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of depot activities, achieving KPI targets, and driving sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and control all aspects of depot operations, including staff development and training.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve depot efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with legislative and regulatory requirements, including tachograph, driver's hours, and maintenance schedules.
- Lead and motivate a team of depot staff to achieve exceptional performance and customer service.
- Collaborate with other business stakeholders to drive business strategy and growth.
- Proven experience in depot management or a related field.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and procedures.
- CPC holder (International) and 'Right To Work' in the UK.
