Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Warehouse Operative / FLT Driver to join our team at PROMAN Recruitment. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for loading and unloading goods from vehicles, performing warehouse tasks, and moving goods around the storage facility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Loading and unloading goods from vehicles such as lorries or vans
  • Performing other warehouse tasks
  • Moving goods packed on pallets or in crates around the storage facility
  • Stacking goods in the correct storage bays, following stock control instructions
  • Checking loads are secure
  • Stacking empty pallets
  • Performing daily equipment checks, e.g., recharging the truck's battery (if the truck is electric)

Requirements:

  • Valid FLT Counterbalance certificate/license (RTITB, ITSSAR, or equivalent)
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
