About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Locum Consultant Orthopaedic and Oncology Surgeon to join our team at Robert Jones and Agnes Hunt Orthopaedic Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting our existing consultant orthopaedic oncological surgeons in the provision of high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting daily triage of referrals and outpatients clinics
  • Contributing to operating sessions and ward rounds
  • Participating in multidisciplinary meetings and clinical administration
  • Providing prospective cover for consultant colleagues

Requirements

  • Registered with GMC with a license to practice
  • Specialist Registration with the GMC in Trauma and Orthopaedics
  • Experience in musculoskeletal oncology and multi-disciplinary team meetings
  • Personal research experience and a track record of academic publication
