Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Creative Content Strategist to join our team at 3Search.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a well-established wellbeing retailer that is disrupting a category and expanding internationally. As a Creative Content Strategist, you will be responsible for elevating our ad creative to acquire and retain more customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement creative campaigns that drive traffic, improve user experience, and boost sales for ecommerce.
  • Work closely with the growth/performance marketing team and brand guardians to unify the creative process and output.
  • Analyse campaign performance and make necessary tweaks to subsequent campaigns and design/content initiatives.
  • Write strong copy and create engaging and persuasive content that drives traffic and improves user experience.
  • Collaborate with multiple internal and external stakeholders to deliver exceptional marketing creative and drive new customer acquisition.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in D2C marketing, with a focus on consumer-facing campaigns.
  • Ability to balance creativity and innovation with commercial objectives.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience in dissecting copy and critiquing videography.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to liaise with multiple stakeholders.
