This is a highly exciting and commercial role within a multinational business, offering a unique opportunity to drive sales, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver an annual localized marketing strategy, aligned with sales targets, to drive sales, customer acquisition, increased Average Order Value (AOV), and Return on Cost of Revenue (RCR).
  • Drive conversion of sales through direct selling platforms, third-party partners, and marketplaces, through constant testing and improvement.
  • Develop and monitor team and territory performance through in-depth analytics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing data-driven recommendations.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging e-commerce technology, platforms, and tools, making recommendations for enhancements and improvements.
  • Lead the development of consumer insights and data-driven recommendations, driving business growth and revenue expansion.
  • Work with direct reports to control spends on paid advertising and media, demonstrating consistent growth and exceeding both cost and revenue targets.

Requirements:

  • Extensive knowledge of paid channels, including Google, Amazon, Meta, and Affiliates.
  • Strategic experience working across e-commerce platforms throughout your career.
  • Experience working with customer insights, e-commerce data analytics, and customer profiling.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, with an entrepreneurial spirit and a willingness to roll up your sleeves.
  • Confidence dealing with senior stakeholders, being autonomous, and making decisions, while managing junior team members.
