**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Residential Summer School Activities Coordinator. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the activity staff induction and training, coordinating daily activity meetings, and ensuring the smooth operation of our junior summer programmes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the activity staff induction and training, ensuring all staff are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality activities.
- Coordinate daily activity meetings to review previous day's activities, plan ahead, and ensure seamless execution.
- Develop and implement engaging activity programmes that cater to the diverse needs and interests of our students.
- Collaborate with the Centre Manager to ensure effective communication and coordination of activities, supervision arrangements, and excursions.
- Conduct risk assessments for all activities and excursions, ensuring staff have read, understood, and signed them.
- Supervise leisure activities, ensuring health and safety measures are respected and adhered to.
- Participate actively in all aspects of the day-to-day running of the centre, including supervision duties.
Requirements:
- Native or near-native level of English.
- Experience working with children and/or teenagers in a residential summer school setting.
- Experience and competence in Microsoft Office packages.
- Experience working in a management position at a residential junior summer school.
- Relevant qualification, such as sports coaching, drama, or dance.
- Ability to react positively to quickly changing and high-pressure circumstances in a calm, collaborative, and professional manner.

- Competitive salary: £642 per week, full board accommodation provided, plus accrued holiday pay.
