EU Sales Representative

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven EU Internal Sales Representative to join our team at Adam Equipment Co Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, generating new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with potential and existing dealers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound phone calls and provide product information and order-related support to customers.
- Make outbound phone calls to assigned dealer base and prospective new dealers to promote our products and services.
- Manage a portfolio of existing and potential customers via telephone contact to identify sales opportunities and build strong relationships.
- Provide sales support to outside sales/Business Development Managers/European Sales Manager to achieve quarterly and annual sales goals.
- Generate new leads and prospects for new dealers to create an ongoing quote pipeline and successfully build new business.
- Analyze business issues and cycles to identify products and services that meet customer needs, create persuasive sales proposals, and overcome objections.
- Support assigned dealer base to enhance relationships and build the Adam Equipment brand.
- Maintain a strong working knowledge of our entire product catalog and stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments.
- Submit sales reports, territory forecasts, industry trends, and market reporting to management.
- Perform administrative duties as assigned and adhere to all Adam Equipment policies, procedures, and code of conduct.
Requirements:
- Previous inside sales or call center experience.
- Hunter mentality with a strong ability to engage with new and existing customer base.
- Associate or bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams virtual meetings.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to effectively organize and prioritize work, concentrate on multiple tasks simultaneously, and maintain attention to detail.
- Ability to develop and maintain business relationships with internal and external contacts at all levels.
- Self-motivated to win business and achieve sales targets.
- Scale industry experience a plus, and bilingual in multiple languages a definite plus.
Work Environment:
This role requires making a minimum of 75 outbound phone calls to existing and prospective dealers on a daily basis, with some overnight travel possible for trade shows, training sessions, and sales meetings.
