About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales & Marketing Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial in supporting our Creative Director/Business Development Director and Head of Marketing by providing both administrative and operational assistance to ensure smooth sales and marketing processes.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and marketing, excellent organisational and communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate would benefit from having a genuine interest in luxury, hospitality, and music.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support:
    • Coordinate meetings and assist with tracking and completion of action items.
    • Prepare and distribute sales and marketing materials, proposals, and contracts.
    • Maintain accurate records in the CRM system, monitor data hygiene.
  • Strategic Marketing Support:
    • Collaborate with the Head of Marketing to develop and execute lead generation strategies tailored to B2B audiences.
    • Contribute to the creation of sales-related collateral and outreach copy, ensuring alignment with brand messaging, tone of voice, and objectives.
    • Generate monthly reports on marketing activities and lead generation to track performance and inform decision-making.
    • Manage the campaign pipeline in coordination with the Head of Marketing, ensuring timely execution and optimisation across all regions.
    • Help compile market intelligence on the sector and share relevant insights with the rest of the business.
  • Communication & Collaboration:
    • Act as a liaison between the Creative Director/Business Development Director, Head of Marketing, and internal/external stakeholders, fostering effective collaboration and positive dialogue.
    • Engage with different teams to gather valuable insights and facilitate communication channels.
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather data and information needed for sales presentations and marketing initiatives.
  • Content Creation & Social Media Management:
    • Contribute to and develop engaging content for various marketing channels to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
    • Manage social media accounts, creating posts and engaging with the audience to enhance brand visibility.
    • Monitor trends and industry developments to identify content opportunities.
