Insurance Portfolio Manager

This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and experienced Account Handler to make a meaningful impact in our Leeds-based team. You'll play a critical role in managing a growing client portfolio while ensuring compliance with FCA regulations and delivering exceptional client service.
Key Responsibilities:- Client Portfolio Management: Support Directors in managing and growing a varied client portfolio.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with FCA regulations and industry best practices.
- Client Relationships: Maintain professional relationships with clients and provide quality advice.
- Query Handling and Renewals: Handle client queries efficiently, support commercial renewals, and prepare for client meetings.
- Risk Analysis: Analyse risk management data and manage aged debt.
- Policy Documentation: Ensure policy documents are accurate and compliant.
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience as an Account Handler.
- Certifications: Cert CII qualified and proficient in Acturis.
- Commercial Insight: Strong commercial insight and experience in supporting a growing client portfolio.
- Preferred Qualifications: DIP CII or progress toward it, and 5+ years of commercial broking experience.
