We are seeking an experienced Account Handler to join our Leeds-based team at RED10. As an Account Handler, you will play a critical role in managing a growing client portfolio while ensuring compliance with FCA regulations and delivering exceptional client service.
Key Responsibilities:- Support Directors in managing and growing a varied client portfolio, ensuring commercial success and client satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with FCA regulations and industry best practices, maintaining a strong risk management framework.
- Maintain professional relationships with clients, providing quality advice and guidance to support their business needs.
- Handle client queries efficiently, support commercial renewals, and prepare for client meetings to drive business growth.
- Analyse risk management data and manage aged debt, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Ensure policy documents are accurate and compliant, maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail.
- At least 2 years of experience as an Account Handler, with a strong commercial background and a proven track record of success.
- Cert CII qualified and proficient in Acturis, with a solid understanding of insurance products and services.
- Strong commercial insight and experience in supporting a growing client portfolio, with a focus on business development and growth.
- Preferred qualifications: DIP CII or progress toward it, and 5+ years of commercial broking experience, with a strong understanding of the insurance industry.
