About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Manager to join our team at Peoples Partnership. As a Product Manager, you will play a key role in delivering strategic changes to our pension proposition, driving commercial value for the business, and improving outcomes for our members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a plan of customer journey reviews to ensure Product Managers meet key targets and timescales, feeding into the planning process.
  • Design and implement team templates and processes to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Ensure the team delivers consistent and high-quality standards around core responsibilities, including accuracy and positioning of pension content, impact assessment, and scoping of change initiatives.
Requirements
  • Deep understanding of customer needs through direct exposure, research, data, and insight.
  • Experience in pensions and financial services.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
