**Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our product development efforts. As the Head of Field, you will be responsible for developing and bringing to market new and modified products that deliver innovative solutions to meet the requirements for cost, quality, service, and safety, and environmental considerations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement product development strategies to meet business objectives
  • Lead cross-functional teams to design, develop, and launch new products
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Innovation teams to develop and refine product offerings
  • Manage multiple product development projects to completion, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery
  • Assess new technologies and their potential impact on consumable products
  • Coordinate all change projects associated with consumables, including new products, improved products, and cost-saving initiatives
  • Liaise closely with the Science and Regulatory teams to ensure alignment of product development activities
  • Implement and manage project management processes within the Product Development Consumable team
  • Ensure that all consumable products have full quality and process specifications, including stability testing prior to release for production and customers

Requirements:

  • A minimum of a good honors degree in a scientific or similar discipline; post-graduate qualification a plus
  • Relevant know-how and experience in the product development or technical management field
  • Experience with cosmetics, biocides, and/or pesticides preferred
  • Knowledge of Regulatory Affairs at an international level would be beneficial
  • Frequent travel a necessity
