Job Title: Registered Care Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Care Manager to join our team at Talent Finder Jobs. As a Registered Care Manager, you will be responsible for leading and developing our care team, ensuring the highest level of care and service delivery to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive care plans for residents, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Lead and manage a team of care staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent care delivery.
  • Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to ensure the home is safe and compliant with regulatory requirements.
  • Implement and manage governance structures, ensuring the home is well-governed and compliant with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Recruit, select, and retain high-quality staff, ensuring the home has the best possible team.
  • Manage employee relations, including staff communications, absence, disciplinaries, grievances, and sickness.
  • Actively promote the home to increase occupancy and public awareness of our services.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Registered Manager with a Level 5 Management Award.
  • Proven management experience at a similar level.
  • Established leadership skills to manage a team of staff.
  • Strong understanding of care service and delivery, within a Residential Care Home.
  • Good knowledge and literacy of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook as a minimum).
