Senior Care Professional

We are seeking an experienced Senior Care Assistant to join our dedicated team at a friendly nursing and care home in Northampton. As a Senior Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, promoting their independence, dignity, and respect.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional care and support to residents in all aspects of daily living
- Lead by example, promoting a culture of choice, dignity, and respect
- Ensure high standards are maintained during your shift, supporting and guiding your team members
- Administer medication and update care plans as required
- Complete daily charts to a high standard, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
- Promote good practice in all aspects of care, contributing to a positive and supportive team environment
- Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent)
- Experience in a residential or nursing home setting at a senior level
- Proven ability to administer medication and update care plans
- Excellent people skills, with a caring and nurturing attitude
- Ability to work alternate weekends
