About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Graduate Cluster Development Officer. This role will play a key part in delivering UKRI-STFC's Research and Innovation Campus and Cluster strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Director, Innovation Clusters and Harwell Campus to plan and deliver cluster-focussed meetings, events, conferences, and networking activities.
  • Deliver key Cluster development activities, including enquiries from businesses regarding sources of relevant knowledge, support, finance, and other resources.
  • Gather and maintain awareness of the diverse Campus and Cluster community and the activities of other STFC groups.
  • Collect and analyze data on Campus and Cluster activities to help evidence their impact.
  • Contribute to and/or lead on the development of clear and concise case studies and policy briefings for a range of audiences.
  • Build and maintain good working relationships with organizations on Harwell Campus and key stakeholders across the research and innovation system.
Requirements
  • Achieved, or be on course to achieve, a minimum 2:1 degree in a relevant field of study.
  • Have the right to live and work in the UK at time of starting employment.
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, trust, motivation, self-management, and organization skills.
