Job Title: Site Manager

United Living Group is a leading provider of sustainable solutions for the built environment. We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join our team and contribute to the delivery of our projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage construction activities to ensure safety, quality, and environmental standards are met.
  • Control costs, including manpower, materials, plant, and vehicles.
  • Liaise with Health & Safety Manager, Client's Site Operatives, Planning Manager, and Client's representatives to ensure effective communication and coordination.
  • Prepare and review RAMS for site activities, maintain and update construction plans and associated documentation.
Requirements:
  • Extensive experience in delivering multidiscipline projects in the Gas industry, ideally pipeline and/or Compressor Station/AGI experience.
  • EUSR SHEA Gas competency, Supervisory Management Training, CSCS Managers Card, IOSH/SMSTS, and First Aider certifications.
  • Ability to lead a team, travel on a weekly basis, and possess a full UK driving license.
