About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated General Medical Practitioner to join our team at NHS. As a key member of our primary care team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working closely with our nursing and administration staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough clinical examinations to assess, diagnose, and monitor patient conditions
  • Carry out patient consultations at home and within the surgery, providing empathetic and personalized care
  • Monitor patients' conditions and wellbeing, ensuring timely interventions and referrals as needed
  • Perform home visits where required, providing care and support to patients in their own homes
  • Diagnose and treat various illnesses and ailments, utilizing your expertise and knowledge to provide effective care
  • Liaise with other healthcare professionals, including midwives, pharmacists, health visitors, and psychiatrists, to ensure seamless care and coordination

  • Member of the GMC Register
  • Registered on Welsh Performers List
  • Experience working in Primary Care
