We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to become a vital part of our esteemed organization.

Location : Opportunities available in various regions with necessary travel to project sites.

Contract : Permanent, Full Time – flexible and part-time hours may be accommodated upon request.

Key Responsibilities

In the role of Senior Project Manager , you will be an integral member of the project management team, focusing on critical infrastructure initiatives. Your primary responsibility will be overseeing projects that range in value from £5-£15m, ensuring that all aspects of project delivery are executed efficiently and effectively.

Your daily tasks will encompass:

  • Championing Health & Safety standards on-site and during client interactions, fostering a culture of safety that aligns with organizational and client expectations.
  • Managing site-based teams and supply chain partners to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and safely.
  • Mentoring team members to enhance performance and minimize conflicts, promoting a positive team environment.
  • Ensuring seamless implementation of project initiatives by thoroughly understanding design and project specifications.
  • Collaborating closely with project managers and planners to optimize framework performance.

Ideal Candidate Profile

The position of Senior Project Manager is suited for individuals who possess:

  • A degree or equivalent qualification with substantial experience in a main contractor civil engineering setting.
  • Relevant certifications including EUSR Water Hygiene, CSCS card, and SSSTS.
  • A background in a similar capacity within the Water Industry.
  • A valid Full Driving Licence.
