Key Responsibilities

As a Lead Project Manager, you will be an integral member of our project management team, overseeing the execution of critical initiatives. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Exemplifying strong leadership in Health & Safety practices on-site and during client interactions, fostering a culture of safety and compliance.
  • Managing site-based teams and coordinating with supply chain partners to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Providing mentorship to team members, addressing performance issues proactively to enhance team dynamics and productivity.
  • Ensuring that all project requirements are met with minimal disruption by collaborating closely with design and planning teams.
  • Working in tandem with the Framework Manager and program planners to optimize project performance and outcomes.

Candidate Profile

This opportunity is ideal for you if you possess:

  • A degree or equivalent qualification, along with substantial experience in a civil engineering contractor environment.
  • Relevant certifications such as EUSR Water Hygiene, CSCS card, and SSSTS.
  • Proven experience in a similar capacity within the water sector.
  • A valid Full Driving Licence.
