About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Community Key Worker to join our team at Advance. As a Community Key Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting women involved in the Criminal Justice System, providing holistic one-to-one community support to help them achieve their goals and break the cycle of offending.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with women involved in the Criminal Justice System, providing individualized support packages to meet their unique needs.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with women, their families, and other stakeholders to ensure effective support and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with our team of Community Key Workers to provide comprehensive support services, including in-reach and 'Through the Gate' support.
  • Conduct regular assessments and reviews to ensure women are receiving the best possible support and making progress towards their goals.
  • Work closely with our team to develop and implement innovative solutions to support women with complex needs.
Requirements
  • Hold a UK driving licence and have access to a car for work purposes.
  • Have a strong understanding of the Criminal Justice System and awareness of other support provisions in the area.
  • Be a creative self-starter with excellent relationship-building skills and a commitment to empowering women.
  • Have good administration skills and understanding of compliant behaviours.
  • Be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and innovation.
