Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced SAP S/4 Hana IT Project Manager to lead our international project, harmonizing our global ERP landscape into one. As a key member of our IT team, you will be responsible for implementing and rolling out our SAP S/4 Hana template, collaborating with our global process owners, and steering the project team through various phases.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the international SAP S/4 Hana project to harmonize the existing global ERP landscape into one.
  • Collaborate with global process owners to execute a global roll-out concept in waves.
  • Steer the project team through various phases, including Explore, Build, UAT, with the Global Process Owner and our Indian implementation partner.
  • Ensure that all business requirements are met while maintaining a strong focus on standard template features.
  • Prepare and conduct SteerCo meetings with our top management.
  • Ensure successful implementation of interfaces to SAP.
  • Monitor and analyze project progress, including tracking, controlling, and documentation.
  • Prepare and support the transfer of projects into operational service processes (AMS).

Requirements

  • Hold a degree in computer science, engineering, business informatics, or a comparable field.
  • Have several years of experience as a SAP IT project manager, preferably in the service or project business.
  • Have broad, vendor-independent, and up-to-date knowledge of state-of-the-art technologies.
  • Deep experience in at least one of the following SAP modules: FI, CO, SD.
  • Experience in handling twists and turns during ECC-to-S/4HANA migration.
  • Proven ability to lead large teams (40+ consultants) and collaborate with third parties.
  • Strong customer relationship management skills, including handling escalations.
  • Experience working across cultures and time zones is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken), German or Spanish would be a plus.
