About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Bus Driver Trainee. As a Trainee Bus Driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting passengers to their destinations while providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive a bus safely and efficiently to ensure the comfort and safety of passengers
  • Provide excellent customer service to passengers, responding to their needs and concerns
  • Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections of the bus to ensure it is in good working condition
  • Follow company policies and procedures for safe driving practices
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve driving skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • Must be over 18 years of age
  • Have been driving for a minimum of 6 months
  • No more than 6 points on your license
  • Will need to undergo a drug and alcohol test before assessment
  • Great people skills and flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including early mornings and evenings
