About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Bus Driver Trainee. As a Trainee Bus Driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting passengers to their destinations while providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive a bus safely and efficiently to ensure the comfort and safety of passengers
- Provide excellent customer service to passengers, responding to their needs and concerns
- Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections of the bus to ensure it is in good working condition
- Follow company policies and procedures for safe driving practices
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve driving skills and knowledge
Requirements:
- Must be over 18 years of age
- Have been driving for a minimum of 6 months
- No more than 6 points on your license
- Will need to undergo a drug and alcohol test before assessment
- Great people skills and flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including early mornings and evenings
