Job Title: Delivery Driver

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Delivery Driver to join our team at Lightening Logistics Limited. As a Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for delivering packages to customers in the Wakefield area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Load vans and deliver packages with a professional attitude
  • Adhere to all safety regulations on the road
  • Operate a mobile device for GPS and daily records
  • Greet and interact with customers and the public with a positive attitude
Requirements:
  • Independent problem solver with good communication skills
  • Ability to use stairs to deliver packages
  • Able to lift and deliver packages up to 25kgs
  • Must have held a FULL (Manual) valid driving license for more than 3 years with no more than 6 points
  • Will be required to use a smartphone with the relevant apps provided
  • Drug and alcohol tests will be undertaken and are mandatory
  • 23 Years of age or higher is required
  • Weekend work is required
