About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Nursery Room Manager to join our team at Busy Bees Gloucester Denmark Road Nursery. As a key member of our management team, you will play a vital role in guiding and supporting our staff to deliver high-quality childcare and education to our children.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of childcare professionals to ensure the delivery of high-quality childcare and education.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the safety and well-being of children and staff.
- Work closely with the nursery management team to achieve business objectives and improve the overall quality of the nursery.
- Ensure that all children receive a high-quality education and care, meeting their individual needs and abilities.
- Manage and maintain accurate records and reports, including observations, assessments, and planning.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Level 3 Childcare qualification and previous experience as a Senior Nursery Room Leader, Senior Nursery Room Manager, or Senior Nursery Practitioner. You will also need to be able to demonstrate excellent leadership and management skills, as well as a passion for delivering high-quality childcare and education.
