Job Title: Sales Designer

Job Location: Nuneaton, Warwickshire, United Kingdom

Salary: £27,000 + OTE £35k+ Hours: Monday-Friday 8 am-5 pm + every other Saturday 8 am-12 pm

Note:MUST HAVE A FULL DRIVER'S LICENSE AND ACCESS TO YOUR OWN VEHICLE

Job Purpose: As a Sales Designer at our brand-new showroom in Nuneaton, you will apply your sales expertise while mastering the art of kitchen design. This role offers a fantastic chance to grow in a dynamic, creative, and supportive environment, where you can help customers bring their dream kitchens to life.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Leverage Your Sales Experience:

    • Use your strong sales background to understand customer needs and guide them through the kitchen design process.
    • Work closely with experienced designers to master the essentials of kitchen design, including space planning, aesthetics, and functionality.

  2. Engage with Customers:

    • Build strong, lasting relationships with customers, using your sales skills to identify their needs and preferences.
    • Create bespoke kitchen designs that meet and exceed customer expectations.

Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience in a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Full driver's license and access to a vehicle.
