Job Title: Sales Designer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Designer to join our team at 360 Resourcing Solutions. As a Sales Designer, you will be responsible for leveraging your sales expertise to understand customer needs and guide them through the kitchen design process. You will work closely with experienced designers to master the essentials of kitchen design, including space planning, aesthetics, and functionality.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Leverage Your Sales Experience:

    • Use your strong sales background to understand customer needs and preferences.
    • Work closely with designers to master the essentials of kitchen design.

  2. Engage with Customers:

    • Build strong, lasting relationships with customers.
    • Create bespoke kitchen designs that align with customers' lifestyles and budgets.

  3. Develop Product and Design Knowledge:

    • Become an expert in our range of kitchen products, materials, and finishes.
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in kitchen design and interior décor.

  4. Learn Technical and Design Skills:

    • Gain hands-on experience with industry-standard design software.
    • Produce accurate quotes and ensure all designs meet company standards.

  5. Support Sales and Design Collaboration:

    • Collaborate with the sales team to provide design insights and ideas.
    • Prepare and present design proposals to customers.

  6. Deliver Exceptional Customer Service:

    • Offer friendly, professional advice to customers.
    • Address customer queries and concerns with a positive approach.

Requirements:

  • A strong background in sales with a proven track record of success.
  • A genuine interest in cooking, entertaining, or interior design.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
  • A creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and design.

  • Basic computer skills; familiarity with design software is a plus.
