Job Title: Insight Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Insight Manager to join our Partnerships team, working closely with one of our largest client relationships. As a key member of the team, you will utilize your extensive industry knowledge to provide valuable insights and drive business growth for our client.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and execute insight projects, analyzing and presenting findings to drive business decisions.
  • Act as a business consultant, developing and executing effective engagement strategies to drive client satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with external and internal stakeholders, working collaboratively to deliver a positive client experience.
  • Provide first-point-of-contact support for clients, championing their needs within the organization.
  • Update business performance metrics and accurate financial reporting.
  • Travel to client offices and Circana's Head Office as required.

Requirements:

  • Experience in market measurement data, including shopper insights, with the ability to articulate complex technical knowledge in a simple, impactful manner.
  • Effective team player with proven ability to work remotely and onsite with clients across virtual and diverse teams.
  • Strong project and workload management, with proactive management of stakeholder expectations.
  • Ability to proactively manage client relationships and drive improvements in client satisfaction.
  • Demonstrated effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with clients at all levels.
  • Strong commercial acumen, with an appreciation of contractual obligations, financial reporting, and corporate policies.

Location:

This role requires travel to the client's office in Chiswick and Circana's Head Office in Bracknell.
