The Senior Insight Manager plays a pivotal role within the Client Development team, leveraging deep industry expertise to deliver meaningful insights to clients. The ideal candidate will possess a creative and analytical mindset, driving client business growth through compelling insights, alongside exceptional interpersonal skills to ensure a comprehensive service experience.

Hybrid Work Model (1 day a week in Bracknell)

Key Responsibilities:

· Spearhead the insight function of the Client Development team, exemplifying why Circana is the preferred partner. Provide impactful, data-driven insights to a diverse client base.

· Supervise 2 direct reports, focusing on mentorship and professional growth.

· Employ innovative data strategies to enhance internal data analysis processes and develop external solutions that empower clients with their data.

· Present macro trends and expert insights to foster engaging and thought-provoking discussions, merging knowledge with innovative thinking.

· Assist the internal team with training sessions, thought leadership initiatives, and compelling reasons for client engagement.

· Oversee, execute, analyze, and present findings from various insight projects commissioned by clients across both Food & Non-Food sectors, articulating recommendations and identifying new opportunities.

· Distill complex data into clear, actionable insights that resonate with client needs.

· Thoroughly understand and effectively communicate the 'value' of Circana Group's comprehensive services, including Analytics, Shopper, Field, and Technology Solutions.

· Act as a business consultant, utilizing the full spectrum of Circana solutions to drive business growth and operational efficiencies.

· Cultivate and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with both external and internal stakeholders, working closely with other Circana teams to ensure a positive client experience.

· Travel as necessary for client engagements and internal meetings.

Required Skills and Experience:

· Extensive experience in applying market measurement data.

· Ability to convey complex technical knowledge in a straightforward and impactful manner.

· Proficient in Excel and advanced data manipulation.

· Proven track record of presenting data in an engaging and clear manner, even under pressure.

· Effective team player with demonstrated ability to work both remotely and onsite with clients across diverse teams.

· Build mutually beneficial relationships and networks internally and externally.

· Proactively manage the insight presentation calendar across a broad client portfolio.

· Strong project management skills and adept at managing stakeholder expectations.

· Engage consultatively with clients at all levels to address content deliverables and business challenges.

· Exhibit effective communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating professional presence and the ability to empathize with clients.

· Show resilience and sound judgment in navigating business challenges and changes.

· Responsible for administrative tasks, including financial and business reporting, adherence to corporate policies, and meeting deadlines for personal development initiatives.

· Strong commercial awareness and understanding of contractual obligations.

· Appropriately escalate issues to relevant parties.

· Manage expenses effectively.

· Mentor and develop direct reports.
