Key Responsibilities:

As a vital member of the Category Growth team, you will collaborate closely with one of our primary clients, leveraging extensive industry expertise to deliver impactful insights that address their business challenges. The Lead Insights Strategist plays a pivotal role within the team, requiring a high level of independence and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will have a proven history of utilizing innovative insights to drive client growth, complemented by exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills to provide outstanding service. Strong account management capabilities are essential, and while prior experience in consultative selling is advantageous, it is not mandatory.

This position entails regular travel to client locations and our main office, where you will receive mentorship, training, and support to develop into a high-performing member of a driven team focused on career advancement.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Coordinating, executing, analyzing, and presenting findings from various insight projects commissioned by clients, delivering recommendations and identifying new opportunities.
  • Skillfully distilling complex data to highlight what matters most to the client.
  • Demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of Circana's full suite of services, including Analytics, Shopper Insights, Field Services, and Technology Solutions.
  • Acting as a business consultant, utilizing Circana's diverse solutions to foster business growth and operational efficiencies.
  • Managing the day-to-day financial and contractual aspects of client relationships.
  • Enhancing engagement and integration of Circana across all client functions through effective strategies.
  • Building and maintaining strong, collaborative relationships with both external and internal stakeholders to ensure a positive client experience.
  • Serving as the primary contact for clients regarding daily issues and advocating for their needs within Circana.
  • Updating business performance metrics and ensuring accurate financial reporting.
  • Traveling to client offices and Circana's main office as required.

Required Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in applying market measurement data, particularly in shopper insights.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical information in a clear and impactful manner.
  • Proven team player with the ability to work effectively both remotely and on-site with clients across diverse teams.
  • Strong relationship-building skills, leveraging networks internally and externally.
  • Proactive management of client relationships, driving improvements in satisfaction.
  • Excellent project and workload management skills, effectively managing stakeholder expectations.
  • Consultative engagement with clients at all levels to address content deliverables and critical business challenges.
  • Demonstrated effective communication and interpersonal skills, adapting communication methods to suit different audiences.
  • Resilience and sound judgment in navigating business challenges and changes.
  • Accountability for administrative tasks, including financial and business reporting, adhering to corporate policies, and meeting deadlines for personal development and business planning.
  • Strong commercial awareness and understanding of contractual obligations.
  • Appropriate escalation of issues to relevant parties.
  • Management of expenses.
  • Ensuring compliance with all core HR and Finance processes.
