Your new company Hays is representing a manufacturing company in Craigavon to recruit a Digital Marketing Executive/Graphic Designer.
Job Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled Graphic Design & Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to boost brand visibility, traffic, leads, and conversions.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to enhance brand presence and drive business growth.
- Maintain and optimize the company website using Google Analytics and SEO best practices.
- Manage website content and social media channels, including LinkedIn and Facebook.
- Create engaging, high-quality content across all channels, including video production.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest SEO and digital marketing trends and best practices.
- Plan, execute, and evaluate marketing and PR campaigns across various channels, reporting on performance.
- Drive lead generation through organic and paid media channels.
- Improve customer experience through consistent brand presentation across all digital touchpoints.
- Source and create image and video libraries for web and social use.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop online and print materials.
- Work closely with sales, customer services, and technical departments to achieve business objectives.
- Degree in Marketing or Graphic Design.
- 5+ years of experience as a Digital Marketing Executive or similar role.
- 3-5 years of experience in Graphic Design, including skills in Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong portfolio in digital, print, and animation.
- Experience in creative content writing for web and print.
- Excellent organizational skills, adaptability, and prioritization in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for marketing with a clear vision for campaign success.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.
- Strong analytical, communication, and time-management skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
