Your Role

As an Operations Supervisor, you will engage in a dynamic and multifaceted role. Your responsibilities will include overseeing staff management, recruitment, and training, addressing customer inquiries, enhancing membership engagement, compiling reports, and participating in meetings. You will serve as a representative of Places Leisure, requiring a proactive individual ready to take charge, lead a team, and ensure the smooth daily operations of the facility.

Flexibility is essential, as this position will involve working various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

Your Profile

In this role, you will manage a sizable team, so prior experience in a supervisory or management role within a leisure environment is highly advantageous. As an Operations Supervisor, you will also be required to become a registered first aider, making first aid training a valuable asset. We seek candidates with outstanding customer service and leadership abilities.
