Job Summary:
The Scottish Surfing Federation (SSF) is seeking a highly motivated and flexible individual to join our team as a Community Development Advisor. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing organization and contribute to the development of surfing in Scotland.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate SSF and partner activities, including projects, events, competitions, and training courses, at the Lost Shore Surf Resort.
- Assist in delivering against expectations as the organization rapidly grows and develops.
- Work closely with the Sport Operations Manager to achieve organizational goals.
- Develop and maintain relationships with partners and stakeholders to promote the growth of surfing in Scotland.
- Contribute to the development of strategies and plans to achieve organizational objectives.
Requirements:
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Passion for surfing and commitment to the growth of the sport in Scotland.
