Job Summary:

The Scottish Surfing Federation (SSF) is seeking a highly motivated and flexible individual to join our team as a Community Development Advisor. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing organization and contribute to the development of surfing in Scotland.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate SSF and partner activities, including projects, events, competitions, and training courses, at the Lost Shore Surf Resort.
  • Assist in delivering against expectations as the organization rapidly grows and develops.
  • Work closely with the Sport Operations Manager to achieve organizational goals.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with partners and stakeholders to promote the growth of surfing in Scotland.
  • Contribute to the development of strategies and plans to achieve organizational objectives.

Requirements:

  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Passion for surfing and commitment to the growth of the sport in Scotland.
