The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of Green Skills Trainees in delivering practical biodiversity enhancement tasks on partner sites, while also contributing to project evaluation, local budget management, and programme promotion.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for supporting young people to achieve their goals and a knowledge and understanding of practical biodiversity projects. They will also have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with a range of stakeholders, including local authorities, community groups, and volunteers.
