About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Spa Therapist to join our team at Delta by Marriott Nottingham Belfry. As a Spa Therapist, you will be responsible for creating a relaxing experience for our guests, delivering a variety of treatments, and advising on the best products for their needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality treatments to guests, including massages, facials, and other spa therapies
  • Upsell and cross-sell spa products and services to guests
  • Attend regular training sessions with our Elemis Ambassadors to stay up-to-date on the latest treatments and products
  • Work collaboratively with other spa team members to ensure excellent guest service
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) beauty/spa qualification
  • Previous experience as a Spa Therapist (desirable, but not essential)
  • Knowledge and experience of Elemis and Jessica Nails products (a bonus)
