Key Responsibilities:- Take will instructions, prepare and type wills, and obtain client signatures.
- Provide specialist advice to clients and manage their wills administration.
- Handle telephone calls from clients, produce reports, and maintain accurate time records.
- Manage financial transactions, produce bills, and perform credit control.
- Provide ad-hoc support with wills administration.
- Prior experience as a Wills Assistant in a law firm setting.
- Strong communication and people skills, excellent IT skills, and a proven track record of working collaboratively.
- Experience with time recording, billing, and a strong knowledge of wills and processes.
This is a full-time, permanent role, working Monday to Friday, 9am to 5:30pm. If you have the necessary skills and experience, please apply.
