Role Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Operational Support Leader for our client in the Care Industry. This position involves working across multiple locations and requires the candidate to possess a valid driving license.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic support to the executive team and Registered Managers, ensuring seamless operations across care facilities.
- Maintain exceptional standards of care, demonstrated through successful internal and external audits.
- Conduct internal assessments, manage service quality, and achieve established performance indicators.
- Oversee daily operational management of care homes, including recruitment and staff turnover processes.
- Stay informed about regulatory changes and communicate updates to home managers, conducting regular compliance audits.
- Ensure adherence to all organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
- Act as the lead for data protection compliance, facilitating staff training and communication.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Enhanced DBS clearance.
- Proficient understanding of IT service needs for care environments, including GDPR compliance.
- Strong background in business management, encompassing financial oversight and payroll analysis.
- Ability to formulate, implement, and evaluate policies and procedures.
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and documentation.
