As a key member of our HR Shared Services team, you will play a vital role in supporting the business on a range of initiatives around employee relations, policy improvement, diversity, and inclusion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide proactive advisory and consultancy services to managers across the business on a wide range of employee relations issues.
  • Act as the escalation point for providing expert advice and guidance to the business on complex or high-risk cases.
  • Work closely with leaders across the organisation to coach and influence them, ensuring decisions are made in line with legislation.
  • Support the development and implementation of employee relations strategies and policies.
