As a Welcome Host, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers receive a warm and welcoming experience from the moment they arrive at the car park.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing excellent customer service and ensuring our customers are greeted and supported in the car park.
- Assisting with luggage, controls, and vehicle condition in an assumptive way, including bringing the car to the door.
- Processing customers through the Queue management system when required or pushing customers to any vacant.
- Observing and taking action when service levels could be better.
- Reporting any inconsistencies where we could improve service to our customers.
- Performing regular cosmetic checks on the vehicles within the car park to ensure our customers' expectations are met at all times.
- Maintaining a high quality of Customer Service, recognising the company's Customer Service Standards, and observing the company's Quality Policy when applicable to your duties.
- Ensuring the safety and security of customers, staff, equipment, and premises at all times.
We offer a competitive basic salary, starting on 5.6 weeks holiday (including bank holidays), enhanced maternity and adoption leave, pension, discounted car hire rates, and more.
Key skills and attributes required include teamwork, adaptability, resilience, efficiency, and interpersonal skills.
