### Job Title: Saturday Showroom Host

### Job Summary

As a Saturday Showroom Host at Sytner, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and guests, providing a warm and welcoming experience. You will be responsible for immersing customers in the world of Bentley, sharing your passion for the brand, and delivering exceptional customer service.

### Key Responsibilities

* Provide a warm and cheerful voice on the phone, efficiently transferring calls and managing customer expectations
* Proactively manage the experience of visitors to our showroom, ensuring each customer feels valued and receives unique, bespoke service
* Collaborate with colleagues to deliver an exceptional customer experience, aligned with Sytner's values and commitment to diversity and inclusion
