Hopewell House: A Supportive Environment

At Hopewell House, a supported accommodation service near Guilford town center, we provide compassionate support to 10 residents. Our team is committed to delivering tailored care that encompasses mental, physical, spiritual, and daily living skills development. We aim to increase independence, foster accomplishment, and guide individuals towards more independent living.

Our Collaborative Approach

We believe in a collaborative approach, actively involving service users in decision-making processes and encouraging their feedback. Our diverse range of daily activities promotes skill development, coping strategies, and the exploration of new interests.

Your Role as a Support Professional

  • Provide direct support to residents, assisting them in achieving their goals and aspirations.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.
  • Facilitate group activities that enhance residents' well-being and development.
  • Assist with the day-to-day operations of the home, ensuring a safe and comfortable living environment.
