**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a Relief Child Contact Centre Practitioner to join our team at YMCA Bournemouth. As a Relief Practitioner, you will be responsible for observing supervised and supported family time at our Child Contact Centre. This is a weekend role, and you will work closely with other professionals to ensure the safety and well-being of children and families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Observe and record supervised and supported family time
  • Work closely with other professionals to ensure the safety and well-being of children and families
  • Provide clear and written information to families
  • Deal sensitively with people under stress
  • Use good IT skills to maintain accurate records

Requirements:

  • NVQ 3 or equivalent qualification in a relevant field
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work non-judgmentally with families
  • Good IT skills
