About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Bank Support Worker to join our team at Priority Childcare. As a Bank Support Worker, you will provide support and care to young people who have experienced childhood trauma, are struggling with mental health, or both.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide a supportive and caring environment for young people
* Promote independence and encourage social, school, and work-based activities
* Work collaboratively with the team to ensure tailored support
* Maintain accurate records of activities, progress, and incidents
* Assist with general housekeeping duties, including meal preparation

Requirements:

* A can-do attitude and resilient nature
* Previous care experience preferred but not essential
* Current valid driver's license
* Compassion and empathy
* Good communication skills
* Flexibility around shift times
* Reliability, punctuality, and trustworthiness
