Job Summary

We are seeking a Support Worker to join our team at Cartref. As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing physical and emotional support to our service users, assisting with daily living tasks and promoting independence where possible.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide physical and emotional support to service users
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as washing and dressing
  • Promote independence and encourage service users to take control of their lives
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure the best possible outcomes for service users

Working Hours

We offer a bank contract with variable shift times, including:

  • Morning Support Worker: 06:45-14:15
  • Afternoon Support Worker: 13:45-21:15
  • Night Support Worker: 21:00-07:00
