We are seeking a qualified and experienced Manager of Speech and Language Therapy to join our team at Winner Recruitment. This role is designed for individuals who are passionate about enhancing the communication skills of both children and adults.
Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Assessing, diagnosing, and creating tailored support plans for a diverse caseload of students.
- Developing specialized programs for individuals with speech, language, and communication challenges, as well as social, emotional, and mental health needs.
- Collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team, including educators and parents, to provide comprehensive assessment, training, and therapeutic interventions.
- Leading and managing the Speech and Language Therapy services across the organization.
