Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience as a Finishing Supervisor with a Tier 1 contractor and will be equipped with the expertise required to guarantee that projects are finalized to the utmost standards.

  • Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of construction personnel, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Oversee finishing tasks to ensure compliance with quality benchmarks and project specifications.
  • Manage small-scale package works and synchronize both internal and external construction activities, including scheduling, resource distribution, and quality assurance.
Health and Safety Compliance

Ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations, performing regular site evaluations, and maintaining precise records of work executed are vital components of this role.

Stakeholder Engagement

You will engage with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to facilitate seamless project execution and provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

Qualifications
  • Previous experience as a Finishing Supervisor with a Tier 1 contractor is essential.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering superior quality work.
  • Proficiency in utilizing construction management software and tools.
  • A valid driver's license and dependable transportation.
  • A degree or diploma in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred but not mandatory.
