Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage projects from set-up to handover and evaluation, ensuring timely completion and meeting client expectations.
  • Assist in delivering project estimates and valuations, providing accurate and detailed financial information.
  • Oversee and ensure team compliance with project specifications, maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
  • Attend weekly client update meetings, providing regular progress reports and addressing any concerns.
  • Plan and manage resources, including materials, labor, and sub-contractors, to ensure efficient project execution.
  • Liaise with the Site Safety Officer to maintain and improve safety standards, ensuring a safe working environment.
  • Collaborate with clients to develop and implement Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), measuring project success and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Manage and maintain all Health and Safety requirements, ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or Site Manager in the construction industry.
  • Willingness to travel to project sites, as required.
  • Exceptional written and spoken English skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
  • Self-motivated and organized, with strong time management skills and attention to detail.
  • Hold relevant certifications, such as SMSTS and CSCS.
