**Job Summary:**

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Develop and implement local sales and marketing plans to raise awareness and generate enquiries
* Deal with customer enquiries and provide excellent customer service
* Organise and attend local meetings to promote the home and its services
* Promote and integrate the home and its services with local community groups
* Manage CRM customer management and create and maintain printed material across the local area
* Hold in-home, virtual and external events for both B2B and B2C audiences

**Requirements:**

* Experience in a sales executive, business development or sales enquiry generation based role with excellent customer service skills
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
* Organised and self-motivated with a passion for customer excellence
* Ability to work to targets and meet deadlines

**What We Offer:**

* Competitive salary of GBP35,000 - GBP40,000 and an OTE of GBP55,000 - GBP60,000
