We are looking for two skilled Project Control Managers to effectively supervise and guide our projects. One of these roles will involve periodic travel to France, approximately once a month. Please indicate your comfort level with this travel in your application.

As a Project Control Manager, your contribution will be vital in steering our projects towards success through robust management and control frameworks. Key Responsibilities...

  • Lead and manage a team of Project Controllers, Operational Schedulers, Change Coordinators, and Risk Coordinators, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
  • Develop and implement project control strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure effective project delivery, cost management, and risk mitigation.
  • Monitor and assess the performance of the project controls team, providing guidance, feedback, and training to uphold high performance standards.
  • Facilitate clear communication among project stakeholders, ensuring timely dissemination of project updates, progress reports, and risk evaluations.
  • Identify, evaluate, and mitigate project risks, collaborating with risk coordinators to formulate effective risk management strategies.
  • Oversee the change management process, ensuring all modifications to project scope, schedule, and budget are documented and assessed for impact in line with governance procedures.
  • Work with operational schedulers to create and maintain project timelines, tracking progress against key milestones and identifying opportunities for schedule improvements.
  • Ensure thorough preparation for key financial assessments and lead the preparation of major contractual exercises.
